HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($1599) today and pay the remainder based on your beef when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Roughly 400 lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (approx. 160 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 240 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
Beef will be processed throughout the months of Jan/Feb and dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to develop premium flavor. Delivery will be during March. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
