HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($1599) today and pay the remainder based on your beef when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef.

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
Beef will be processed throughout the months of Oct/Nov and dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to develop premium flavor. Delivery will be during Nov/Dec. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
