HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($299) today and pay the rest based on weight when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef. 


WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Roughly 50 lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (approx. 20 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 30 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
We have processing dates throughout the month of Jan/Feb and beef will dry age for a minimum of 14 days for premium flavor. Meat will be shipped in March. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
