HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($499) today and pay the remainder based on your beefs weight, when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Approx. 100lbs of beef, including about 40% of ground beef (40-45 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 60 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
We have processing dates throughout the months of January and February. Place your deposits now to reseve those, and fulfilled in March. Beef will dry-age for a minimum of 14 days for premium flavor. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
