HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($799) today and pay the remainder (approx. $2496) when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef. 
 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Approximately 200 lbs of beef, dependent upon calf size, including about 40% of ground beef ( roughly 70-75 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 120 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).

WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
Beef will be processed throughout the month of Feb/March and dry age for a minimum of 14 days to develop the most flavor. Delivery will be in March/April. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
